L'Occitane also relies on the E-gift card Plus solution for its loyalty program thanks to automated sending of 'reward' e-cards.

The need

As part of its digital strategy, the affiliated bank of the E.Leclerc movement, has partnered with BuyBox.
The brand wanted to dematerialize E.Leclerc center gift cards while offering clients an omni-channel buying experience and the possibility of purchasing joint gifts.

Our solution

In less than two months we have rolled out a website dedicated to buying electronic gift cards - www.e-cartecadeauleclerc.fr - enabling Internet users to buy gift cards, alone or as a group, thanks to a kitty system.
Directly accessible via a smartphone, the e-card gift can be used in and for all E.Leclerc shops and concepts, thanks to a bar code. Based on its initial success, BuyBox has also developed a solution for E.Leclerc's Une heure pour Soi (cosmetics and skincare) and Le Manège à bijoux (jewelry) concepts.

The entirely white-label, service allows families to create their own Christmas lists and to share them with friends and parents who can then contribute towards buying the gifts, especially thanks to a kitty.
The wish list's beneficiary can then use the collected money to obtain a gift card, which can be used across the Carrefour network.
